- Q: What time does my seminar begin and end?
- A: All seminars will begin at 8:15am
sharp. Please plan on arriving a couple
of minutes earlier to check in
and pick up your registration packet and room
assignment. The seminar will end end at
5:15pm.

- A: Casual business attire is appropriate. Note: room temperatures may vary so you may want to dress in layers.

- Cancellation Policy
- Q: What if I register for a seminar, but then can't attend?
- A: You may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place or cancel without penalty at any time up to three weeks prior to your seminar. If you provide us with less than three weeks’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire seminar fee. We appreciate that this is an important investment for you and your company and would like to accommodate your needs the best we can.
